In 2017 I started my wellness journey as a weight loss consultant at Jenny Craig. Since then, I gained numerous certifications and I’ve worked in fitness, nutrition, yoga, Pilates, barre and more… but I always felt something was missing….
I wanted a way to help people feel strong, balanced, and at home in their bodies—not just in a gym, but anywhere, anytime!! Not just at home workouts-but wellness tools that work!
